well my lovelies ... what actually happened was that I was going to make dinner for us at home, when I decided to invite a few ppl whom my husband and I consider like family, of which 3 could make it since it was a last minute plan and one couple needed to put the kids to bed etc.... since I have decided I am going to go back to cooking, this was what was served for dinner last night ...
- Rice - Mushroom and Asparagus
- Prawns - Lemon and hint of garlic
- Tenderloin Beef - grilled with :-) "cant tell" served with rosmery and peppercorn sauce
- Oh yes and caramelized Shallots
It was a success and for dessert it was banana fritters, vanilla ice cream and dash of golden syrup to top it. I do apologies that I forgot to take the picture of Dessert. :P
Quickies:
- In my past posts i have mentioned that I have few best friends that i could count on my fingures who i believe are like angels in my life I minced a few (girlies and boys) due to many reasons and then there were 3 ... :-) such things happen ... anyway now I added a couple of more to that list of very special List of angel that i will treasure for life ... both of them are like a breath of fresh air....
- ohh dear I have Maid issues.... *eyes rolling* for another day
- and last but not least I am still a vain and a Queen xxx :-)

I hear ya on the need to narrow down the friend list, I think it's more important than ever to surround ourselves with people who genuinely care about us.
